Although I would say that portals with that FQDN are not enough to worry about site-lock wise, the purpose of the method is more wide than just the site-lock.

		<description>You really just want to be checking that the host part of the URL ends with the domain that you specify. This solution is complicated and only works if the domain is two parts, which might not be the case in some countries (e.g. example.co.uk -&gt; co.uk which is obviously not intended behavior).</description>
