I would also like to say a word to my boss (me) that he should not be so workaholic, but he keeps insisting that things are better to be ahead of schedule then behind, and 2 or 3 more hours per day can make all the difference. But in the end what really matters is to like our job. When we run for fun we don't get tired, and the 10-12 hours I work now, 6 days a week, are much better spent then the 8 hours, 5 days a week at my previous jobs. Reading blogs and news is important to keep up to date. What we shouldn't do is to spend all days just doing that. The best options is to reserve an hour or so, read the news, and then get back to work. I always start my work days by reading blogs and checking out stats, replying to e-mails etc. It's a nice way to warm up! :) I also believe that is just a matter of organization.
