From the thread I created on FGL about it, it's plausible that this tactic is used more often that I would expect. He does take his time to edit the posts and remove the links and info that may link to the original author, meaning, this is an intended action. It is not possible for the blog owner to say that he copy-pasted the text and forgot to give credit since he proactively changes the text to make it look like it is his.
